Shawn Hanley - Principal

As a former United States Marine, Shawn knows the importance of discipline and hard work when it comes to accomplishing a mission set before him.

With more than 15 years of experience working with state agencies and legislative leadership in multiple states, as well as Washington D.C., Shawn understands how to create and implement government relations strategies within various government entities. Clients have spanned fields such as

Training, Education, Healthcare, Data Security, Electronic Recycling, Transportation, Disaster Management (FEMA-Type State Agencies).

Shawn is also the CEO of Green Veterans, a nonprofit organization that he founded in 2016 that focuses on training and employing Veterans in the field of electronic refurbishment and recycling. Shawn also serves on the Georgia Veterans Service Board. He was appointed to that position by former Georgia Governor Sony Perdue and reappointed by Georgia's current Governor Nathan Deal. Governor Deal also appointed Shawn to the Immigration Enforcement Review Board where he still serves today. Shawn was also appointed to the City of Roswell Ethics Commission where he continues to serve.

Along with his other duties, he was appointed as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Legislative Affairs by President George W. Bush in 2001. As a former Marine, Shawn felt the call to serve again as the war in Iraq raged on in 2005 and 2006. Shawn then served with an NGO in Iraq preparing and training over 50 different political parties in preparation of their first-ever free elections. Shawn currently lives in Roswell, Georgia, with his son, Dillon. He coaches his son's soccer team and enjoys as much father and son time as possible.
